Preparation per Serving (25g)

Method 1

– Add 2 1/2 tablespoons (25g) of Tom Brown to 2/3 cup (150ml) of cold water or milk in a pan and stir well to dissolve completely.

– Stir over medium heat for a minimum of 5 minutes to cook the grains. Continue stirring till desired thickness.

– Add milk, sugar, honey or any toppings of choice to taste.

Method 2

– Put 2/3 cup (150ml) of cold water or milk in a pan over medium heat

– Add 2 1/2 tablespoons (25g) of Tom Brown PLUS to a little quantity of water in a separate bowl and stir well to dissolve completely.

– Once the water/milk in the pan boils and becomes hot, pour the dissolved Tom Brown PLUS into the pan. Stir over medium heat for a minimum of 3 minutes to cook the grains. Continue stirring till desired thickness.

– Add milk, sugar, honey or any toppings of choice to taste.
